Welcome to TradePanic. By accessing or using our cryptocurrency portfolio management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradePanic. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Account Registration

To use TradePanic, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Use automated scripts or bots without permission
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

Guest Accounts

Guest accounts are provided for demonstration purposes only. Data in guest accounts:

• May be deleted at any time without notice
• Are limited to FREE plan features
• Can be converted to permanent accounts at any time

Subscription Plans

TradePanic offers multiple subscription tiers (FREE, BASIC, PREMIUM, PRO, ENTERPRISE). Each tier has specific limits on:

• Number of portfolios
• Coins per portfolio
• Price alerts
• Favorite coins

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly based on your selection
• Payments are processed via NOWPayments in cryptocurrency
• Prices are subject to cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for recurring payments
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Plan Changes

• You may upgrade your plan at any time
• Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment confirmation
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• If you downgrade, data exceeding new plan limits will become view-only

Subscription Expiration

If your subscription expires:

• Your account will revert to the FREE plan
• Existing data will be preserved but limited by FREE plan restrictions
• You will be unable to add new items beyond FREE plan limits
• All data can be restored by renewing your subscription

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final.

We do NOT offer refunds on subscription payments because:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Digital services are delivered immediately upon payment
• You have access to FREE guest accounts to test the platform

Exceptions may be made in cases of:

• Technical errors that prevented service delivery
• Duplicate charges
• Billing to wrong subscription tier

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment via support ticket.

We strive to provide 24/7 service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Third-party service outages (exchanges, payment providers)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

IMPORTANT: TRADEPANIC IS A PORTFOLIO TRACKING TOOL ONLY

TradePanic provides portfolio management and tracking services. We do NOT:

• Provide investment, financial, or trading advice
• Execute trades or have access to your exchange accounts
• Guarantee the accuracy of price data from third-party exchanges
• Accept responsibility for your trading decisions or losses
• Guarantee profits or investment returns

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security from unauthorized access or data loss

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEPANIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or investment losses
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months

Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks:

• Extreme price volatility
• Potential total loss of investment
• Regulatory uncertainty
• Exchange security breaches
• Market manipulation

You use TradePanic at your own risk and are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of TradePanic are owned by TradePanic and are protected by:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Trade secret laws
• Other intellectual property rights

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without written permission.

Your portfolio data remains your property. By using TradePanic, you grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide our services.

Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion:

• All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refunds)
• Referral earnings will be forfeited if not yet paid out

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Create multiple accounts to abuse FREE plan limits

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious violations.

Our referral program allows you to earn 10% commission on subscriptions from users you refer. Terms:

• Commissions apply to all paid subscriptions (monthly and yearly)
• Commissions are paid monthly if balance exceeds minimum threshold
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to void fraudulent referral earnings
• Referral program terms may change with 30 days notice

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TradePanic shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiations fail
3. Arbitration as a final resort

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

• Immediately upon posting for minor clarifications
• 30 days after notification for material changes

We will notify users of material changes via:

• Email to registered account address
• Notice on the platform dashboard
• Update to "Last updated" date on this page

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
